Every living body of water has a spirit that looks after it. This is the Angel of the Sea. Call upon her whenever you have challenging emotions and ask her to wash you clean.

The truth is when you repress your emotions they become a stagnant pool festering with every dark energy. For water to retain clarity and purity it needs to be in flow, so too do your emotions need to be allowed to flow through you.
Stop expending all your energy fighting against the flow. Dive deep into your emotion. Allow yourself to feel and then release what is painful to be washed away.
Stop drowning yourself in the sea of despair, and instead allow it to flow through you to be transmuted by the Angel of the Sea. Allow her to lift you up on the wave of consciousness and carry you safely to shore.
