When we repress trauma, past wounds, fears and emotional pain because they are too painful for us to deal with at the time we merely store them in our bodies. These repressed emotions (energy in motion) become stuck, creating blockages in our body and disturbing the flow of our life force. These blockages begin to manifest in our physical form as disease and discomfort because our spirit is trying to communicate to us the need to address our trauma. Our physical health is deeply intertwined with our energetic state and in fact every disease and illness begins in our energetic body and is then manifested into physical form.

.As you relax on a massage table fully clothed with your eyes closed the healer will connect to your energy field without touching you. You will feel very relaxed as if in deep meditation. You may react physically with rapid eye movement or muscle twitches as energy blocks are removed and fresh energy from Source flows in. Everyone's experience is different due to the development of their senses. Some people feel heat expanding or cool shifting through their chakras or a pulling sensation. Sometimes people receive visions such as colours and images or even have visits from passed loved ones or witness beings who come to offer support. Know that whatever you experience is perfect for you.

The healer will work within your energetic field for as long as guided, stopping if you start to come out of the deep meditative state. This takes approximately 40 mins but please allow a maximum of an hour for the session to allow time for any messages to be shared after. In these sessions the healer senses and manipulates the electromagnetic field of the client removing blockages which triggers high frequency flow from Source and the Unity Field, the energy field of the universe. It is advisable to approach the sessions without attachment or expectation as the healer is a channel for a higher power who is in control of how the session unfolds. After the session you will feel deeply relaxed and at peace.​

As the healing process is like the layers on an onion you may find that over the next few days you start to remember past experiences which have been uncovered during your energy work and are coming forth to ask to be released. Sometimes it is helpful to have another session if these emotions become traumatic.

1. Do I need to reveal the reason I am having a session or engage in deep discussion?
No, you do not need to discuss past pain or trauma such as in a counselling session.

2. Do I need to have a specific reason for an energy healing session such as a specific physical or emotional problem?
No, most people have energetic blockages and feel stuck, frustrated, unsure of how to proceed without knowing specifically what the problem is. As I can feel where the energetic blockages are and work to release them it is not necessary for you to know the root cause of your discomfort for me to be able to assist you.

3. How much does an energy healing session cost and when is it available?
Private sessions are $150 AUS for 1 hr and booked at your convenience. Choose from week days, weekends or evenings.

4. How many sessions do I need?
Each person is different depending on the level of pain and trauma they are experiencing and the levels of blockages that have been created. As a new layer of blockage is removed each person experiences relief from that session, however it is common for painful memories to surface as they are coming forward to be released. Because of the healing nature of three it is common for people to book three sessions, normally one per week to achieve equilibrium, however it may happen that you need more.

5. What is the difference between an in person healing session vs a distance healing session?
With an in person session you are able to attend my sacred space in Tintenbar, just 10 minutes from lennox head, near Byron Bay, NSW, Australia. In this case you would lie on a massage bed, fully clothed and relax with your eyes closed while I work to clear energy blockages by connecting to your etheric body without physical touch. After this I will offer an opportunity to discuss any physical sensations you may have felt and pass on any messages received.

A distance healing session is set up by prior arrangement during a time when you can lie down at home undisturbed for an hour. I ring you via WhatsApp or similar and we connect energetically. I work around my massage table where I am able to visualise the position of your body. I am able to feel and withdraw the energetic blockages in the same way and I am also able to receive any messages that may need to be passed on. You go into natural deep meditation while I work silently but are still aware of your senses. I wake you up at the end by talking to you. There is then an opportunity to discuss any sensations or pass on any messages.

6. Is a distance healing session as effective as an in person session?
Yes, energy is not bound by space or time and knows these to be illusions. Source, the guardian angels and spiritual beings of the most benevolent light are able to work through me no matter where you are in the world.

7. Will I be able to drive or work after a session?
Yes, we take a moment to ground after the session as you do emerge feeling a little disconnected. I offer an opportunity for you to share any sensations you experienced and pass on any messages recieved. You are not obliged to share any personal information you receive if it is painful.

8. Are you able to see my trauma and memories during the healing?
Although I am able to feel the energetic blockages in your body, I am not able to see the personal trauma of your experience. Most people do not revisit past trauma during a session unless they are deliberately being asked to work on a specific thing.

9. I feel uncomfortable with the idea that you are moving around me while I have my eyes closed. Do you stare at me while you are working?
During an inperson session I close my eyes to better connect and feel your energy so I am not focused on your physical body and you do not need to feel self-conscious. During a distance healing session I am able to connect to your etheric body but I cannot see your physical body.
10. Why are some illnesses released and healed through Energy Healing and not all?
I have witnessed miraculous and instant recovery from physical symptoms on occasions, but I have also seen occasions when the physical symptom persists. This is because the higher self (your soul) is not ready to release this experience yet as there is still soul growth that needs to occur or it wishes to learn a specific lesson. Understand that whatever form your healing takes is perfect for you. You will receive a burst of peace and a reset energetically as you remove energy blockages regardless of external symptoms. Please also understand that although I am a tool for the energy to access you the energy is coming from a higher power, Source, I am not the healer; merely the hands to deliver God's purpose.
