My Story:
I know what it’s like to be overlooked and to have your good nature taken advantage of. My whole life I was stuck in survival mode, experiencing narcissitic abuse and I learnt unhelpful survival tactics which caused severe dysfunction in my life. For 12 years I became an alcoholic to prevent painful emotion from surfacing. Repressed trauma caused physical collapse and I became bedridden for 10 years, part of that in a wheelchair. I lost my job, friends, home and even my ability to speak properly.

 

The worst of it was I hated myself so deeply.

 

I suffered excruitating daily pain and fatigue until near death I contracted meningitis and suppressed memories of childhood sexual abuse surfaced.

 

This was the beginning of my healing journey as I learnt the connection between trapped emotions, energy and physical health.

I’m with you every step of the way, here to coach you 1:1. It would be an honour to guide you, nuture you and support you. Healing is holistic, encompassing all that you are as a spiritual and physical being.

 

I draw from energy work, spiritual guidance from the Archangels and medical medium protocols to help you through the challenges you are facing.
