Every living body of water has a spirit that looks after it. This is the Angel of the Sea. Call upon her whenever you have challenging emotions and ask her to wash you clean.

The truth is when you repress your emotions they become a stagnant pool festering with every dark energy. For water to retain clarity and purity it needs to be in flow, so too do your emotions need to be allowed to flow through you.
